The STOREYTELLERS are a folk orientated band that focus on some of the Greatest hits of the Canadian singer songwriter era. Their energetic and loving interpretation of some of Canadas greatest songwriters such as Lightfoot, Cockburn, Stan Rogers, Ian Tyson, the Band, Great big Sea and others reflect the Northern spirit that bubbled up during this era. The Storeytellers also relay well known anecdotes that accompany these songs.
Consisting of David Storey (vocals, acoustic and 12 string guitar) Howard Rabkin (bass and vocals) Henry Lees (percussion and vocals) Lawrie Ingles (keyboards, vocals) and Brian Morgan (fiddle, acoustic guitar and vocals) these fine musicians provide solid riffs and beautiful harmonies to these well known Candain classics as well as to their own well received original material.
